This is actually a follow up on my other thread about using other_cgrav

I don't think the pre main sequence builder -- which provides the
initial guess starting mesa model -- knows about other_cgrav.  If it works
with an unmodified cgrav, you might try either relaxing cgrav from the
standard value to your target value during the PMS evolution or modifying
the relevant routines in pre_ms_model.f90.
