[Mesa-users] An error in extras file for branching ratios of pp2 and pp3

Hello,
sorry for turning in very late to this discussion.
Maybe to clear things up a little: The original run_star_extras file was created by Frank Timmes at the summer school 2019 because I was interested in the burning rate of one specific reaction and it has been of great help. But, in a private mail discussion it turned out, that the output of the run_star_extras file would not fit with the output from pp, cno and other reaction categories implemented in MESA. We found that the rate put out by the run_star_extras had to be modified by the abundance of the reaction partners and other factors.
There exists a run_star_extras file that corrects for these factors but unfortunately this is not the file that you have used. I apologize for not pointing that out earlier. I hope to come back to you with a corrected run_star extras file tomorrow morning.
