[Mesa-users] zsh on Mac Catalina?

Regardless of whether you use zsh as your normal shell, you can always launch bash from zsh. I run Linux with zsh as my shell, and the script that sets up my Mesa environment drops me into bash with
exec /bin/bash
at the end.
I've never actually tried MESA with zsh directly, but it's straightforward enough to set things up to use bash with MESA if you run into trouble that you shouldn't hesitate to switch to zsh as your login shell. I personally recommend it as a login shell.

I use zsh exclusively with mesa and have yet to run into a problem.

Hello All,



I just upgraded to Catalina and opened a command line and it gave me a nag about changing my shell to zsh which is apparently “mostly” compatible with bash.



Has anybody out there in MESA-land tried to you zsh with Mesa and or the MESA SDK?
