Gabriela,

You can begin by following this tutorial
http://mesa.sourceforge.net/starting.html

In inlist_project, set

    create_pre_main_sequence_model = .false.

And comment out

    Lnuc_div_L_zams_limit = 0.99d0
    stop_near_zams = .true.

Change the initial mass

    initial_mass = 0.6 ! in Msun units

In inlist_pgstar, edit the static plot bounds to the region of the HR diagram you could like to bound.

I want to run a simulation for the firs time for example of a 0.6 solar mass star, but starting only from ZAMS. How can I do that? Do I need to run a simulation before until ZAMS and then atar from there or can I use a model from another mass?
