Hi!

I want to run a simulation for the firs time for example of a 0.6 solar
mass star, but starting only from ZAMS. How can I do that? Do I need to run
a simulation before until ZAMS and then atar from there or can I use a
model from another mass?

Thank you so much for your help,
Gabriela
