[Mesa-users] New public release r15140

Hi All,

I'm pleased to announce the release of MESA r15140.

This release includes a number of backwards-incompatible changes, including
a significant reorganization of the eos & kap options.

Users migrating to the new version should carefully read the Changelog:
https://docs.mesastar.org/en/latest/changelog.html

The new MESA documentation site, docs.mesastar.org, should now be
considered the primary source for MESA reference information.  The defaults
files documentation for previous versions remains available in the
documentation archive on the SourceForge site.

Special thanks to Siemen Burssens, Mathias Michielsen, Joey Mombarg,
Mathieu Renzo, and Samantha Wu for their assistance in testing pre-release
versions.

The website will be updated shortly.
