[Mesa-users] Question about using RSP to model first-crossing Cepehids

Hi Jeremy,
You should be able to compute first crossing Cepheid models without
problems. The only difference is the growth rates will be smaller, so you
will need to compute more cycles to converge to full amplitude pulsation.
For type-II Cepheids, you should be able to compute reliable BL Her-type
models. See eg. very recent paper by Susmita Das:

Going to higher luminosities (W Vir, RV Tau) is difficult or not possible
(Miras) with RSP
