[Mesa-users] Question about using RSP to model first-crossing Cepehids

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question about RSP's ability to model first-crossing Cepheid
stars. By first-crossing I mean the brief period between the star exiting
the main-sequence and ascending the Hayashi track.

I wanted to ask how reliable/capeable RSP is of modelling these objects,
and if there are any subtleties that I am likely not aware of that are not
present for more luminous objects?

I know the 2019 paper mentions difficulties modelling type-II Cepheids and
MIRAs but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these objects?
