in $MESA_DIR/star/defaults/profile_columns.list you will find

   !pgas ! gas pressure at center of zone (electrons and ions)

the gas pressure is dominated by the electrons in electron degenerate regimes.
this is likely what you want.

$MESA_DIR/data/star_data/plot_info

stores the data for the eps_nuc = 1 erg/g/s burning curves seen in a pgstar (rho,T) profile plot.
