[Mesa-users] Docker

Hi all,

I'm currently trying to help a summer undergraduate student use MESA on
windows and we are currently struggling to get Docker properly installed on
his machine. He is running Windows 10 pro. Basically once Docker is
installed and he tries to getting running it won't ever open and we are
also unable to run a diagnostic on it either.

I know this isn't exactly a MESA issue but if anyone else has had a similar
issue or has any guidance or tutorials that might be useful please let me
know.
