Okay great! So if I'm understanding this correctly, with MesaScript you really don't need to make use of MESA's 'run_star_extras' hooks, I only need to work within the one inlist?

Hi Logan,

No, only the file inlist is necessary.  It can then instruct MESA to read other inlists (which is what the default configuration does). The inlist should have 3 sections: star_job, controls, and pgstar.
