[Mesa-users] Encountering compile errors building mesa-r11554 on iMacPro

I'm guessing this behavior is occurring because the pre-requisites check is performed using the system compiler, rather than the SDK compiler. If Anaconda is installed, then it may be used instead of the system compiler during this check -- and if it is broken, then the check will fail.
Gabriel -- if I'm right, then you only need to source a previous SDK's init script *once*, to perform the pre-req checks. Can you try removing the
source /mesa-sdk_v20180127/mesasdk/bin/mesasdk_init.sh
line from your .profile, and see if things still work?
