I want to point out this vacancy at the University of Leicester, UK:

While the job description is pretty broad, the science areas where MESA is to be utilised (depending on the candidate's qualifications) include 

(a) using MESA to study evolution of red giant and AGB stars in the very dense and hot environment of the central parsec of the Milky Way, exposed to Sgr A* (the Milky Way’s super-massive black hole) influences;
(b) using MESA to study planet-disc interactions by developing a new disc module for MESA. 
(c) Similar to the above, study stars born in and embedded in AGN discs, including very massive stars potentially evolving into stellar mass black holes and yielding SMBH-BH mergers.
(d) Planet mass loss as consequence of strong irradiation from the host star.
