[Mesa-users] mesa cluster variables

Hello there. I'm setting up a cluster run, using SLURM and a guide provided
here:

http://cococubed.asu.edu/mesa_market/many_jobs.html

In this guide, we set up several environment variables that are new to me,
such as

MESA_INLIST
MESA_BASE
MESA_RUN

but I was confused by the use of MESA_CLUSTER_BASE along with MESA_BASE as
in that context they should be the same value.

Noting that the author lists the MESA_INLIST variable as an actual MESA
variable, I grepped the others and they didn't seem to appear anywhere in
the source. I'm concluding, therefore, that they are variables invented
strictly for this script and will only be used within it. Can anyone
confirm this is correct?
