ye is the electron to baryon ratio and a profile output option:
ye = n_e / n_b
where n_e is the number density of free electrons and n_b is the number density of baryons.
rho is the baryon mass density and a profile output option:
rho = n_b / N_A
where N_A is the avogadro number. hence,
n_e = ye * n_b = ye * rho * N_A
which one can form by post-processing a profile file or by doing the multiplication
in a run_star_extras and output it as an extra column.
probably full ionization is assumed for the reported ye, but i haven't looked.
