[Mesa-users] resolution study

Hey, guys, not sure what ideological debate I've stumbled into here, I
think it's a bit over my head.

Obviously simplifying the mesh is not my ideal scenario, but I'm planning
on running a grid of many ~1000 models and am trying to make use of local
(free) resources as best I can in order to prove I have a useful idea. But,
even with my reduced mesh, I'm fairly confident that it will be an
improvement on previous work, and therefore is still useful, albeit with a
full explanation of limitations and assumptions.

I would echo the statement about "all models are wrong, some are useful".

Thanks to Aaron and Frank, I will make use of your information. For those
also seeking this information, I figured out where I remembered seeing such
materials. In our Simulating Stars Summer School in China last year,
Manos's minilab 1 provides information on the topic (
http://www.stellar-astrophysics.org/material.html).
