Ahhh, my bad, jumped to a wrong answer. If you check what it says before
all the lines you uncommented, you have this

 ! the first few lines of the profile contain general info about the model.
 ! for completeness, those items are described here.

All those lines need not be uncommented, they are in the header of your
profiles by default.
