Take a look at

       http://mesa.sourceforge.net/output.html#how-do-i-control-what-information-mesa-outputs

and search.

      grep 'log_center_T' $MESA_DIR/star/defaults/*

For example,  in history columns.list you will find that log_cntr_T is simply a shorter name for log_center_T.  But in profile_columns.list it mentions that log_center_temp is reported in the first few rows of the file.

In each case conditions near the center of the model are reported.
