[Mesa-users] segfault when using mesa_833.net with version 10398

for a single network to be used throughout a run, 
there is no difference between using default_net_name in &controls
and using change_net + new_net_name in &star_job.

the option to change the network after a run has started 
is when &star_job specifications must be used.
