What happened when you ran these commands?  The problem indicated in the
build.log/config.log is exactly the problem those commands are intended to
fix.

However, I note that you're also using a version of the SDK that is new
enough that such a fix should occur automatically.  So it is a bit puzzling
what is going on.

Have you tried deleting the SDK and reinstalling it?  Seems worth a shot.
