[Mesa-users] Disabling eos, kap, etc. caching

Yeah, in a few cases where I haven't been happy with some property of the
disk storage of the system I was working on, I've used the MESA_CACHES_DIR
to point at a system tmpfs (e.g. /tmp, /dev/shm) instead.
