[Mesa-users] mass fractions of metals per zone

i'm not clear to me exactly what you are requesting, but maybe this will do.

make a copy of the profile_columns.list in your run directory

% cp $MESA_DIR/star/defaults/profile_columns.list 

edit your local copy of profile_columns.list and uncomment this line

   !add_abundances ! this adds all of the isos that are in the current net

this will put the mass fractions of every isotope considered into the profile files.
