Hi Bill

Looks nice.

Just two comments: 

- predictive should be changed to convective boundaries with an « undefined ». Because it is not just predictive on or not, it is a choice between three possibilities: « basic (or old, needs a nice name) », « predictive » and « CPM ».

- I would add « initial_zfracs » option = undefined. Unless that’s part of « Initial model »? There is no « good » default value for this, and its choice will also have an influence on the possible choices for opacities.
