[Mesa-users] Mesa installation on Windows 10

Hello everybody,
my name is Gajaz.

I'm a student from little town in Russia, and I have a project which
included work with Mesa in my university.
My problem is, what I can't install the Mesa program on my laptop.
Could someone help me to do that  ?
Maybe you have an installation video ?
