[Mesa-users] MESA on Ubuntu 18.04

Hi all,

Turns out the most recent mesasdk fixes the issue I was encountering and
trying to compile MESA when you dont have enough sleep is a terrible idea.
MESA 10398 with the August 22 2018 sdk will install on Ubuntu 18.04.
