hi aman,

you’ll need to make the desired plots outside of mesa,
save the plots in a rasterized image format (e.g., png, jpg, etc), 
and then use a tool to string the images files into a movie container
(e.g., ffmpeg, $MESASDK_ROOT/bin/images_to_movie.sh, etc).
