[Mesa-users] The last beyond inlist (extending MESA) tutorial

Hi Koushik,

It's been a while since I looked at the "Beyond inlists" material but in 
this case I think the compiler error has told you exactly what's wrong. 
Your `tutorial_other_neu` routine has

     real(dp), intent(out) :: loss(num_neu_rvs) ! total from all sources
     real(dp), intent(out) :: sources(num_neu_types, num_neu_rvs)

whereas star/other/other_neu.f90 has

     real(dp), intent(inout) :: loss(num_neu_rvs) ! total from all sources
     real(dp), intent(inout) :: sources(num_neu_types, num_neu_rvs)

So where you have `intent(out)`, the template has `intent(inout)`.  See if 
that change allows you to compile your code.
