Hi Kathryn,

MESASDK is in the PATH, but it isn't first, so it is being shadowed.

I believe there is another version of gfortran in /usr/local/bin.

If you type

  which gfortran

I think you will see that the compiler being invoked is not the one shipped
with the SDK.
