[Mesa-users] Writing to history.data during relax_mass method

Hi Frank,

I would like to understand how the internal structure is being modified if relax_mass is used to add/lose mass to/from the envelope.
Not in terms of its ‘evolution', as you say, but just to understand if & how the internal structure responds to the change in mass from the beginning of relax_mass to the end.

(I plan to use the relax_mass method in stars with a more complex internal structure than ZAMS)

Cheers,
Eoin

This works fine, however during the relax_mass method it does not write to the history.data file or the profile data files. Once the relax_mass method ends and the normal evolution begins it begins to write to the history and profile files.
