[Mesa-users] Stop at RGB tip

Hi Adrian,

I'd second Pavel's suggestion, and add the comment that a drop in central
helium abundance might not coincide with the RGB tip for all masses and
compositions. For instance, a model that will undergo helium core flashes
will reach the RGB tip well before helium burning reaches the core, at
least in terms of execution time.
