Hi Earl,

I've definitely seen some difficulties with low mass models in very early
stages.  I think this usually reflects being a weird part of the
EOS/opacity parameter space.

Giving the solver more room to thrash about before giving up seems to let
things run.  Having the the options

   max_resid_jump_limit = 1d12
   max_corr_jump_limit = 1d12

in my inlist seems to help things.  You shouldn't need them any more after
~Myr.  It just helps getting things started.

The defaults for those values have gotten tighter over the years, which is
why BDs were often slightly "easier" out of the box in the past.

I think Bill was just taking a look at this scenario recently in hopes of
make things run more smoothly and adding a little more guidance to the test
suite for BDs.
