[Mesa-users] Any tips on making a brown dwarf?

...to answer my own question...

I have made some progress by setting:

    mesh_delta_coeff = 0.5
    varcontrol_target = 1d-5

    tol_correction_norm = 3d-4
    tol_max_correction = 3d-2

It has now evolved for at least tens of millions of years.
