Hi Heran,

In my experience the timesteps in these sorts of models start to drop late
in the evolution as L -> Ledd and you develop a density inversion in the
outer layers.  If you're willing to turn on MLT++ (Paxton et al. 2013, Sec.
7.2; the control okay_to_reduce_gradT_excess = .true.) you can usually go
back to having the timestep set by the He shell burning.
