   Hi Christian,

  Could you be more specific about your initial model? Do you mean a
pre-main sequence star? You can always use this:

http://mesa.sourceforge.net/controls_defaults.html#specifications_for_starting_model


  If you really want to specify your star's composition, you can relax it
using the mass abundances for each Lagrangian shell in your model:
