Hello guys, part of this question has been asked previously (by me) but I believe it was during the previous mailing list and I'm not sure how to search those archives.
I'm writing to ask about mismatch between isotopes included in a model vs the chosen network. I know that in one of the two cases they are reassigned to solar. How about the other?
What I mean is, if a model includes more isotopes than the net, what happens to the abundances of those that are removed from the model? If a net includes more isotopes than the model, how are the missing isotopes assigned (if at all)? I looked at adjust_net.f90 and adjust_xyz.f90, but I don't think these are exactly the cases I'm looking for. Thanks as always.
