[Mesa-users] atmosphere tables in MESA

this table, and other similar ones, for the atmosphere boundary conditions
are described in section 5.3 of the mesa I instrument paper, paxton et al 2011.

in a nutshell, they are constructed first from phoenix model atmospheres 
(hauschildt et al. 1999a, 1999b)and second from the castelli & kurucz (2003) 
model atmospheres.

$MESA_DIR/atm/preprocessor contains the source code for processing these 
model atmospheres. other model atmosphere cases could presumably be handled
but i have no direct experience in this area.
