[Mesa-users] Regarding plots of specific network

I have started following that detailed guide on customising pgstar. One thing I noticed is that whatever plot we required, we added required commands in inlist_pgstar in the copy of work directory. So, if I need to make plots for basic pp network, do I have to do the same, like editing inlist_pgstar?
I have found some reaction files in net/net_data, can it be used  for plotting abundances and energy rates?
