[Mesa-users] Regarding plots of specific network

Hello everyone!!
(Macbook air- os 10.13.5, mesa-r10398 and mesa sdk- 2017)
I wanted to know how can we work out the reaction rates, energy generation rate and abundance plots of some specific thermonuclear reactions e.g. pp chain1(2,3) or CNO cycle.
Also, in which sub-modules can i customise the list of isotopes that I want in my network and abundance plots?
Since I have started working on mesa very recently, I am facing a bit of difficulty in navigating through the modules.
