[Mesa-users] Sudden error with running example_make_pre_ccsn

In “inlist_to_zams~ “ under controls section you have: stop_near_zams = .true.   MESA stops because one of the stopping condition is to stop the run when it is near the ZAMS.

If you change the condition to false: stop_near_zams = .false.
it should work.

Also check if the paths in the inlists are correct for example:  extra_controls_inlist1_name = '/Users/guest2/Downloads/mesa-r10398/star/inlist_massive_defaults'

Can you please attach your inlists ? Maybe try to modify your inlist project and make the phase near the ZAMS to false.

I think there is some error between the main sequence phase and zero age main sequence.
