[Mesa-users] Error in CCSN Test-Suite

the timescale for the explosive phase is probably much faster than any rotation timescale.
one way forward then is to turn off rotation, evolve for 1 small timestep, and then do 
explosion and light curve modeling. the effects of rotation from the past evolution are
thus frozen in during the dynamical phases.
