The issue you're running into is on the MESA side, remeshing when using the
Riemann solver does not support rotation. This is something that can be
fixed, but even if it is, then you would run into the issue that (as far as
I know) STELLA does not support rotation.

Remember that the example first runs MESA and then passes the simulation to
STELLA, so you need rotation working on both.
