It is considering magnetic fields in the angular momentum profile, if that’s what you mean. You can see this in the inlist with the line:

D_ST_factor = 1

Which tells you (per the docs) that some of the angular momentum mixing comes from the Spruit-Tayler dynamo. The lines just above that indicate that other processes (GSF, ES, …) are also at work.
