Yes.  When you do a run, MESA calculates the properties/structure of the
star as a function of time.  So you can identify the main sequence
lifetime from that information.  MESA won't just spit out that number
though; you'll have to do a bit of simple analysis to extract it.

how to identify evolutionary phases from MESA model properties.
