[Mesa-users] Main Sequence Lifetime

Dear Mesa-Users


This is Ebrahim Hassani, a PhD student in university of Birjand, Iran.


My PhD thesis is "The effect of dark matter particles on stellar evolutions".
In this concern  I need to know the amount of time that different stars spend on the main-sequence during their evolution on H-R diagram. 
Is there any way to calculate the main-sequence lifetime of a star on the H-R diagram using MESA? 
And also, can I understand which phase of evolution of a star is (e.g. ZAMS, Main-sequence, AGB, ...) in each model number?



I would be very grateful if you help me with more guidance about the procedure that I must do.
