Hi
The line shows the temperature and density of the center of each zone,
hence why it has profile in its name, its a profile of the star.

Each option shows the boundary between different regimes, for instance the
show_TRho_Profile_kap_regions shows where the different opacity tables sit
in the parameter space. Have a look at figure 1&2 of paxton et al 2011
