[Mesa-users] Diagram TRho - D

Dear all,
I'm trying to extract as much information as possible from the TRho diagram. I've gone through the corresponding pgstar section but I've still several doubts.

For example, what does the plotted line represent when the simulation is running? I mean, the two axis are temperature and density but at what point(s) of the star are measured? I guess that the different colors represent the type of convection process happening at different regions in the star but which are these regions?

Another point are the different lines/regions which can be displayed, where could I find additional information about their meaning?
show_TRho_Profile_kap_regions = .false.
show_TRho_Profile_eos_regions = .false.
show_TRho_Profile_gamma1_4_3rd = .false.
show_TRho_Profile_degeneracy_line = .true.
show_TRho_Profile_Pgas_Prad_line = .true.
