[Mesa-users] Unable to initialize mesasdk in Windows

No, as i686 means its a 32 bit OS which we haven't supported in a long
time. Even if we did tweak the os check you'll still have a problem
compiling mesa itself with the stackoverflow issue i posted. Specifically
the eos will fail during its tests, it will compile but it wont run, and
even if you skip the tests you'll hit the same issue during a mesastar run.
