[Mesa-users] the certain mass range to use inlist_massive_defaults

> Agreed.  inlist_massive_defaults is a helpful guide to MESA options that are important/useful for evolving stars in the rough mass range ~10-100 Msun.  It is by no means a definitive set of options/values for all models/applications, even for the specific masses exercised in the test_suite.
