[Mesa-users] Add a new formula for overshooting

Hi Plume,

The general philosophy with MESA is that you should avoid editing the
private code.  Instead you should first try to do what you want to do using
the "other" functionality.  There is a brief intro to this here:

There are quite a few of these in mesa/star/other/ including
other_d_mix.f90, which might be a useful starting place for you.

Write back to mesa-users if you need help getting started with this or if
you have questions about how to implement the formula in that paper.
