Thank you for your messages. I followed your advice, I started to read the lab of the previous summer school. Maybe it the results given by gyre could give a response to my question.
Thanks

I double-endorse Dave’s advice if what you are asking is can you make the mesa/star model pulse realistically.
Until that ability is in mesa someday, you can still perhaps answer your question by running GYRE to see if it thinks your model is pulsationally unstable. The test cases ‘gyre_in_mesa_ms’ and ‘gyre_in_mesa_rsg’ are examples. You’ll have to create your own gyre_in_mesa_subdwarf.

I endorse Francis Timmes advice, and also add that the sdB stars exhibit issues that go beyond physics (convection and mixing) now in MESA.

one way to learn how to pulsate models with mesa/gyre

click on education.
there you will see previous mesa summer school labs,
which offer a solid knowledge gaining experience. perhaps
start with conny aert's 2016 lab or alfred gautschy's 2016 lab.
click on guides.
click on warrick ball's overview of the astero module.
good luck!
